Dr. Sheetal Patel / Dr. Devang Patel including all the staffs, nurses have a genuine behaviour with all patients, very decent and polite and so much co-operative such as we completely feel like home. Even house keeping department use to maintain hygiene in all the areas at every single hours of intervals.

Hello Myself Praloy Roy, belong from West Bengal. Here in Surat I am working in a Private Company at Hazira. I got married in Nov. 2015. After 1 year of our marriage we planed for a baby. But my wife was not able to conceive. I brought my wife with me after 2 years in Surat. Here in Surat we went to 3 doctors. They were famous Gynecologist. They suggested that my wife is having PCOD. After long treatment every doctor asked for IVF treatment. IVF treatment is very expensive treatment, we know that. We left all the hope. At last we made our mind to go back to our hometown, that time one of my office driver told me about Dr. Sheetal Mam & Mom n' Me Hospital. Then we decided let's go to Mom n' Me Hospital for last time in Surat. At first check up we were very much satisfied about Sheetal Mam's suggestions. Mam is too good really. I don't have any single word to explain. I think God comes down to earth in Sheetal Mam's form. Hospital staff was also very very good. Hospital inner and outer environment was too good. Mam also is a great motivator. Every single word, Mam says, okay no problem. My wife conceive within 3 months after getting treatment from Sheetal Mam. Great Great Great...Sheetal Mam is Great. We will pray to God as we got Sheetal Mam as a doctor in our hometown. I hope that I will give my another review after getting bless with baby. Thank You...

As I told earlier that I will give my another review after getting bless with baby. Now I am blessed with a baby boy. Myself and my wife were going for just routine check up after my wife felt some pain. My wife had some critical problem like low lying placenta. That day Dr. Sheetal Mam suggest for Cesarean delivery on same day otherwise too much bleeding might happen. I was feeling that after a long journey my wife was going to take taste as a motherhood, so I didn't wanted to take any chance. After all I was having full faith on Dr. Sheetal Madam. First time I had faith on any Doctor i.e. Dr. Sheetal Mam. I was fully tense that evening. After some time of admit that good news came through Dr. Devang Sir. (Sorry, I had not mentioned Dr. Devang Sir name because Dr. Devang Sir was unfamiliar to me). Dr. Devang Sir is a very very very very friendly, like you speak with your close friend at a tea stall. I don't have any extra word to explain, He is a like a God messenger. Earlier I had told that God came down to earth in Dr. Sheetal Mam's form. At our point of view Dr. Sheetal Mam is a God and Dr. Devang Sir is God's messenger. Hospital's other staff like Nursing Staff, Receptionist Staff, Pharmacy Staff, Housekeeping Staff, everyone is incredible. My wife always says that this kind of treatment I have not expected, specially when I am staying far away from home. Cesarean delivery expenses is very much affordable for every one. Different types of rooms are available at Hospital. I was staying in Special Non-AC Room. Rooms are very clean and hygienic like 5 Star Hotel. Even general ward was also very clean and hygienic. Now my baby is good and healthy.

Overall I can say it is the one and only best women's hospital in Surat. I want to say to every mother and sister that if you are suffering from such kind of diseases like PCOD, Irregular Period, Infertility, Ovarian Cysts, then you must have to visit Mom n' Me Women's Care Hospital and consult Dr. Sheetal Mam. If you want to take taste of motherhood please visit at Mom n' Me Women's Care Hospital, because everything is possible there.

We didn't had kids after marriage for about ૩ years. We were advised IVF but than one of my friend asked me to consult Dr. Sheetal at Mom n' Me. We took medical treatment from her and my wife got pregnant in 2 months of treatment. We got a baby boy.

Hospital infrastructure and cleanliness are exceptional and it's maintained and cleaned thoroughly like a five star hotel.

Staff behaviour and treatment protocols are absolutely wonderful. Dr. Sheetal has wonderful nature and listens to each and every complaint very carefully.

Would surely recommend this hospital to everyone. We stay at Amroli but still we used to consult here.

Dr. Sheetal Patel is the most diligent, humble and marvelous Gynaecologist of Surat I have ever met. She handles her patient with an ease, she makes her patient very much comfortable. She explains everything to a patient in a very clear manner. She's also an excellent surgeon. If a patient demands for C-Section due to her intolerable pain, Dr. Sheetal says that if there is just 1% chance of normal delivery she will go for it.

As far as infrastructure is concerned, I don't think so there is any private maternity hospital in Surat which is so well equipped and well maintained as Mom n' Me Women's Care is. If any one will visit the hospital once, I am damn sure will not go anywhere else next time.

Even 5 Star ratings are less. I will bifurcate my review in 5 important parts:

1. Doctor
Dr. Sheetal Patel is a very down-to-earth and highly knowledgeable doctor. She is fantastically skilled in normal and C-Section deliveries. She explains everything in a detailed manner without causing any confusion in patient's mind. Very transparent nature with attention to detail. My wife had developed some complications at the beginning of 9th month but she handled the whole situation gracefully and led to a successful and healthy delivery.

2. Staff
Never have I ever felt like home in any hospital. Everyone in the family appreciated the helpfulness and co-operation of the staff. Be it day or midnight the nurses are always there for even the tiniest of your queries. Nurses are well trained and experienced in everything associated with maternity care.

3. Cleanliness
100/100 for cleanliness that is maintained across the hospital. Every few hours the rooms are cleaned, vacuumed and mopped. The ACs in the individual rooms are thoroughly cleaned after a patient is discharged from the hospital. The water filter is clean and can be used by everyone.

4. Infrastructure
Possibly the only hospital with very minute attention to details. Be it the brand of the bathroom fittings or the tiles used in the rooms. Even the TVs are smart so that you can enjoy your favourite OTT content. The Operation Theatre and Labour Rooms are fully equipped and are of the level of big league hospitals.

5. Location
The hospital so well located that the people accompanying the patient can try out cuisines from all over the world. Italian (The D Pizza), American (Waffle World), Indian (Mahesh Pav Bhaji), South Indian (Hello Dosa).

Verdict
The duo of Dr. Sheetal Patel and Dr. Devang Patel have succeeded in setting up a corporate level maternity care hospital in newly developing area of Jahangirpura. I personally recommend the hospital and doctors to anyone who is seeking genuine guidance and safe delivery of their child. The fees and charges you pay here are worth every penny. Don't forget, if you want convenience, it cannot come for free. Good things come at a cost.
