Infertility evaluation like sperm tests, blood tests, or other lab tests, diagnostic imaging such as an ultrasound or CT scan, and in-office procedures such as hysteroscopy to look inside your uterus and assessing block fallopian tubes etc. are available with most advanced technology at Mom n' Me Hospital, Surat.

After an evaluation treatments like medications to help stimulate or control ovulation, medications to "remodel" the uterine lining, minimally invasive procedures to remove fibroids or address other issues that may be preventing insemination or implantation, or surgery to correct structural issues and IUI (Intrauterine Insemination) are all possible under one roof.

Inter-uterine Insemination (IUI)

This is also known as Donor insemination, Alternative insemination or Artificial insemination. In this procedure the sperms are placed directly inside uterus close to ova/egg. This cuts down on the time and distance sperm has to travel, making it easier to fertilize your egg. Before the insemination procedure, fertility medicine may be given for ovulation to female and few multivitamins to men for improvement of sperm health. Once the semen is collected from your partner or a donor, it then processed for sperm wash which helps in collecting concentrated and healthy sperms.

This procedure is OPD base and very common. Fallopian tube recanalization, is a nonsurgical procedure to clear blockages in the fallopian tubes or to reverse the family planning procedure where cut tubes are joined again. This can be done laparoscopically. A great procedure to contribute treating infertility.
